Workshop on facing your fear of singing with Debbie Bridge
Have you ever been told you can’t sing — or that you shouldn’t sing — even though you love it?
This supportive and welcoming workshop is designed especially for you.
This workshop is suitable for:
- People who have never sung before
- Those who feel “tone deaf”
- Experienced singers who have lost confidence over time
- Anyone whose circumstances (children, career change, life events) have affected their confidence
- Ages 18+
What makes this workshop different:
- No pressure to sing or do anything you’re uncomfortable with
- A holistic approach to finding your voice, combined with traditional techniques
- Focus on enjoyment, confidence and reconnecting with singing
The aim is to leave feeling inspired to sing more — and have fun doing it!
What happens on the day:
- Relaxation exercises
- Body awareness and breathing work
- Learning a short excerpt from a song
- Singing with a backing track (optional and supportive)
