Canadian by birth, Londoner by choice, I’m an award-winning performer on stage and behind the microphone.

My work spans solo theatre tours, character voiceovers for gaming and animation, and interactive talks—all rooted in rich storytelling, wit, and play.

From Ewok Ravines to the West End Stage

My story started in the Canadian woods of Vancouver, making up imaginary languages, dodging local bears, and deciding at age 12 that I’d rather forge my own path in the arts than copy my older brother. (He became a marine mechanic who shoed horses—we were never your average family!) When early acting classes had us "melting like ice cream," I pivoted to classical vocal training and dance, discovering a life-long obsession with the power of the human voice.

That curiosity launched an adventurous, global journey. I’ve performed for British royalty, sung at Abbey Road Studios and the Savoy Theatre, toured award-winning solo shows like Shirley Knot the Siren, and voiced everything from commercial campaigns to sci-fi villains and zombies for Audible. Today, accompanied by my chihuahua Blossom, I bring that same spirit of play, vocal precision, and vibrant connection to every stage, studio, and audience I meet.

In 2010, Debbie Bridge launched Bridge Teahouse Theatre to put familiar themes onstage, flipping them on their head so that modern audiences could experience them in a fresh, vibrant way.

Since then, the journey has been incredible. We’ve grown into an evolving, multidisciplinary company with a portfolio that includes original musical one woman shows, play readings, short films, and albums.

Our live performances have travelled the globe, connecting with festival audiences as from the U.K. to Australia, and bringing bespoke, performed zoom plays streamed into living rooms/homes/flats/apartments around the world.

At our core, we believe in the power of the new—whether that means debuting original scripts or bringing a completely modern approach to the classics.
