Welcome to my online home! Because I value your trust as much as your support, I want to be completely open about how your personal data is handled when you visit my website, how gently that information is treated, and how your privacy rights are protected under UK GDPR.

1.Website Analytics & IP Addresses

My website collects anonymous IP addresses. I use this standard data strictly for general analytics to see roughly where in the world my visitors are located. This helps me understand my audience, improve website functionality, and plan future show locations.

  • Cookies Note: My website solely uses standard cookies for basic web analytics to improve user experience. I do not use advertising or tracking cookies for targeted marketing.

2.Mailing List & Direct Communications

If you choose to join my email list to get news about upcoming shows, voiceover projects, talks, and workshops, I store the contact information you provide (such as your name and email address).

  • Storage & Processing: This list is processed securely through Mailchimp. You can review Mailchimp’s Privacy Policy directly on their platform.
  • How It’s Used: I only ever use your details to send you my monthly newsletter, show updates, and special subscriber offers. I do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
  • B2B & Corporate Outreach: If I contact business or organizational contacts directly regarding professional bookings or workshops, I do so under legitimate interest. All such communications include clear options to opt-out or unsubscribe at any time.

3. Your Rights & Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR)

You have total control over your personal data:

  • Unsubscribe Anytime: Every marketing email I send includes a quick, one-click "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom.
  • Accessing or Deleting Your Data: You have the right to request a copy of the personal data I hold about you (Data Subject Access Request) or ask me to permanently delete your details from my system.

To make a request, please email me directly at debbie (at) debbiebridge.com. If a request requires clarification to fulfill, I may reach out to verify details to ensure I am providing reasonable and proportionate data.

4. Data Complaints Procedure

I aim to handle all personal data with total care and transparency. However, if you have a concern or complaint about how your data is being handled:

  1. How to Submit: Please send your complaint via email to debbie (at) debbiebridge.comor use the contact form on this website.
  2. Response Time: I will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days of receipt and address your concerns without undue delay.
  3. Regulatory Authority: If you remain unsatisfied, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
