Workshop on facing your fear of singing with Debbie Bridge

Have you ever been told you can’t sing — or that you shouldn’t sing — even though you love it?

This supportive and welcoming workshop is designed especially for you.

This workshop is suitable for:

  1. People who have never sung before
  2. Those who feel “tone deaf”
  3. Experienced singers who have lost confidence over time
  4. Anyone whose circumstances (children, career change, life events) have affected their confidence
  5. Ages 18+

What makes this workshop different:

  1. No pressure to sing or do anything you’re uncomfortable with
  2. A holistic approach to finding your voice, combined with traditional techniques
  3. Focus on enjoyment, confidence and reconnecting with singing

The aim is to leave feeling inspired to sing more — and have fun doing it!

What happens on the day:

  1. Relaxation exercises
  2. Body awareness and breathing work
  3. Learning a short excerpt from a song
  4. Singing with a backing track (optional and supportive)
